Bright Selection are delighted to represent a new commission home in their appointment of a Deputy Home Manager in Blackburn.
Our client is seeking someone who is excited and motivated in being part of a new commission process and can provide clinical leadership for a brand-new nursing and residential home specialising in Dementia Care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced clinical deputy with a proven track record in clinical leadership within a care home setting.
We are keen to hear from experienced Deputy Managers looking to progress
Requirements:
* Nurse Qualified with an active NMC Pin
* A proven track record leading clinical teams in a care setting
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* A good understanding of care service practices, legislation, regulations and standards
Responsibilities include:
* Support the Home Manager with managerial duties
* Responsible for the health and social care needs for all service users within the home
* Supervise, coach and mentor the care delivery team
* Be the clinical expert within the care home
* Ensure clinical audits are carried out
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
* £45k - £50k PA DOE
* 40hrs per week
