We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement in Abu Dhabi.
Role: ITSM Project Manager
Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract (Long term), outsourced
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice
Required Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Agile/Scrum Master certification highly preferred. ITIL certification is mandatory.
* 10+ years in IT project management with significant involvement in core application deployments and enterprise digital transformation.
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry-specific application programs.
* Advanced technical experience in:
* Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models.
* Data platforms (data lakes, BI tools, analytics, AI/ML enablement).
* DevOps practices (continuous integration, automated testing, continuous delivery).
* Strong exposure to cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise performance optimization.
* Should have strong experience in deployment and implementation, as well as hands‑on involvement in client‑facing projects
