You’ll take the lead on drafting and negotiating easements, leases, and land rights agreements with major utility and telecom operators, supporting the delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project. Essential Requirements Qualified solicitor (NQ), ideally with experience in property law Background in utilities or telecoms – either in-house or in private practice Strong understanding of land rights, easements, and lease agreements Confident negotiating with regulated businesses and external stakeholders Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and as part of a close-knit team Nice to Have Experience working in or alongside local government, utilities, or large infrastructure projects Previous involvement in land acquisition or utility diversion work Familiarity with property law in a major infrastructure context This newly created position offers a rare blend of meaningful work, professional development, and excellent work-life balance.
