We are a Swiss premium sustainable fashion brand (circular design, European production, minimal aesthetic).
We are looking for a researcher to identify high-quality influencers and opinion leaders in Switzerland within:

Sustainable fashion

Circular economy

Premium design & architecture

Swiss design

Conscious lifestyle

Slow fashion

Innovation & future materials

The focus is quality over quantity.
We are not looking for mass-market influencers.

Objective

Create a curated list of relevant Swiss-based influencers who:

Have strong aesthetic standards

Align with sustainability values

Fit a premium positioning

Have authentic engagement

Could realistically collaborate with a small but ambitious Swiss brand

Deliverables

Please provide a structured Google Sheet including:

For each influencer:

Name

Instagram / LinkedIn / TikTok / YouTube

Follower count

Engagement rate (estimated)

Content focus

Audience demographics (if available)

Brand fit explanation (2–3 sentences)

Estimated collaboration cost (if publicly available)

Contact email / agent

Example of a previous brand collaboration

Geography

Switzerland (German & French part preferred)

Optional: Swiss-based creators with international audience

Target Categories

Please research and categorize into:

Micro Influencers (5k–20k)

Mid-tier (20k–100k)

Premium niche experts (designers, architects, sustainability thought leaders)

Conscious founders & startup voices

Athletes with sustainability positioning

Creative directors / stylists

We are especially interested in creators who:

Have worked with sustainable brands

Care about materials & production

Have a clean, modern aesthetic

Value transparency

Not a Fit

Fast fashion influencers

Heavy discount-code influencers

Pure lifestyle influencers without substance

Overly commercial profiles

Accounts with low engagement / fake followers

Research Depth

We expect:

40–60 qualified profiles

Manual research (not scraped generic lists)

Thoughtful selection and explanation of fit

Prioritization of quality over volume

Bonus

If possible, include:

Short insights on Swiss influencer market in sustainability

Estimated collaboration price ranges in Switzerland

Best-performing content formats (Reels, Story, long-form, events)

Ideal Freelancer

Experience in influencer research

Understanding of sustainability & premium branding

Detail-oriented

Strategic thinking

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
