What you'll do on a typical day:
1. Managing daily operations across key accounts and general customers, handling import and export across air, sea, and road.
2. Submitting documentation to HMRC, tracking progress, and resolving queries with customers and internal teams
3. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering top-tier service across all operational tasks
4. Following customer and internal SOPs, meeting SLAs, and smashing KPIs
What you need to succeed at XPO:
5. Experience in import/export operations across at least two transport modes (air, sea, road)
6. A background in fast-paced operational teams where agility and accuracy are key.
7. Hands-on customs clearance experience – especially in air or ocean operations
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
9. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a multi-modal team.
10. Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly – CargoWise familiarity is a bonus.
11. Supervisory or team leading experience would be advantageous.
