Job Summary

Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
2. Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
3. Manage aftersales processes, including order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant software systems.
6. Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely manner.
8. Ensure that all communications are professional and reflect the company's values.
Qualifications
9. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is essential; experience in sales management is advantageous.
10. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
12. Proficient in using software applications relevant to customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
14. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
