Circet UK is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Traffic Management team.
Responsibilities:
1. Update electronic systems and maintain records.
2. Maintain training records and internal documentation.
3. Develop documentation in collaboration with the Project Coordinator.
4. Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, research, and documentation updates as required by the Project Coordinator.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to new challenges.
* Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
* Integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
* Effective time management skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
* Understanding of project governance and control.
* High attention to detail.
