What you'll be working:

We're flexible, so you'll work a total of 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing:

If you're a committed and ambitious nurse keen to develop your respiratory career, there's no better place to be.

If you have already proved your critical care or respiratory skills, perhaps in an ICU/HDU setting or similar environment, we can offer you a more stimulating role that offers real variety.

We actively support you to develop your skills through outstanding training and development pathways. You'll enjoy the opportunity to broaden your advanced clinical or management skills through a range of courses and programmes.

What’s important is that we don’t just promise, we deliver. Many of our nurses comment on this when asked what makes the Lane Fox partnership such a refreshing place to work.

Here, you'll get the chance to build strong relationships with patients while experiencing a diverse mix of critical and longer-term care. These patients will be of all ages and have very different needs. In every case, you'll be helping to create inspiring stories of changing lives.

You will have the ability to react quickly and keep a cool head, regardless of what's happening around you. At the same time, enjoy getting to know patients and providing the close, long-term care they value so much. You’re not just technically focused, but also a people person.
