Working in our stores

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.


Eligibility

* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country – school leaving age as defined by GOV.UK.
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
* Most roles are part‑time, working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.


What you’ll be doing

* Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, on the shopfloor website screens, and at the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
* Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products, and support the stock room when the store is quiet.
* Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
