The Job

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional agronomy advice to arable and farming customers
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with growers
* Provide recommendations across crop protection, nutrition, seed, and wider farm inputs
* Develop tailored crop management programmes to maximise yield and profitability
* Monitor crop performance and advise on current agronomic challenges
* Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and develop new business
* Keep up to date with industry developments, legislation, and technical innovation
* Work collaboratively with wider technical and commercial teams
The Candidate
* BASIS qualification preferred, although training and development may be available for the right individual
* FACTS qualification advantageous
* Strong knowledge of UK arable farming systems
* Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
* Ability to build trusted relationships with growers and farming businesses
* Self-motivated and able to manage territory effectively
* Passion for UK agriculture and delivering high standards of customer service

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
