Job Description
1. Be an active member if the Senior Leadership Team reporting into the ADM Managing Director.
2. Identify and deliver new business opportunities.
3. Lead, mentor and support the ADM sales / account management team.
4. Work with internal teams to support current and future new business generation demands.
5. Lead customer price negotiations and tenders.
6. Ensure that all new work fits with the strategic goals and capabilities of the business and is of the right complexity and margin levels.
7. Work closely with Engineering and Operational teams across the business to ensure accurate business project development success.
8. Manage and use internal CRM and sales/estimation systems.
9. Drive the sales strategy and strategic customer development for ADM.
