We are working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Wigan, rated Ofsted ‘Good’, who are seeking a passionate and creative Teacher of Art to cover a 1-year maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-resourced department within a strong and inclusive MAT, where creativity is valued and staff are genuinely supported.
The Role:
* Teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4
* Planning engaging, creative lessons that inspire students
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress
* Contributing positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Art at secondary level (ECTs welcome)
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for creativity and student engagement
