Albion Transmission are a maintenance, repair and overhaul supplier based in Barnsley. We offer a dedicated service to the engineering sector, with specialised trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivaled levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Delivering outstanding customer service at the trade counter.
* Operating computer and payment systems, handling transactions with accuracy and care.
* Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders securely for delivery.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised store environment.
* Supporting stock management and goods inwards procedures.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
* The ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers.
* Experience in a fast‑paced customer service role, ideally in the engineering or associated trades.
* Knowledge of engineering and MRO products.
* The ability to identify sales opportunities and solve customer issues creatively.
