Our Blue Chip Consultancy client require a Benefits Analyst (HR) ideally with Financial Services background & Workday. The contract will be initially 3 months but with likely extensions, this role will need to be via an Umbrella company
Will require the following experience:
1. HR generalist
2. Workday experience (heavily desirable)
3. Benefits delivery - experience delivering benefits/applying operational benefits (not just data entry)
4. Testing
Additional skills include the following:
* Some pension experience would be helpful
* Ability to quickly understand complex processes
* Experience of providing Operational Support
* Testing methodology
* Strong Analytical Skills and data management
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and interpret policy to identify a solution to complex queries
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
* Advanced user of Microsoft applications
