We’re looking for a Production Planner to join our client’s operations team and take ownership of the day-to-day production schedule. You’ll coordinate people, materials, and capacity to ensure customer orders are delivered efficiently and on time. This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to shape how production planning is managed as the business continues to grow. What you’ll be doing: * Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resources. * Work closely with project teams, workshop leads, and the supply chain team to align priorities and plan production requirements. * Create and update production schedules, factoring in lead times, capacities, and any constraints. * Monitor progress and proactively adjust plans to protect delivery commitments. * Communicate schedules and changes clearly to stakeholders across operations and supply chain. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and efficiency.
