Reporting to the Divisional Director of Quality and Nursing - Surgery, you will lead the delivery of the quality governance, patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience agenda across the Surgical Division.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee divisional quality governance systems and risk management
* Continue to support the embedding of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)
* Chair governance meetings and produce high-quality reports and assurance
* Lead incident learning, audit and quality improvement activity
* Support CQC readiness and national safety requirements
* Work closely with divisional leaders, corporate quality teams and external partners
