Senior Inside Sales Manager role at TieTalent. Manage a dynamic, hungry team of 8-12 Sales Execs in an award-winning tech company providing 3 core software products. Based in Manchester with B2B SaaS focus and outbound sales leadership.
Award-winning tech company 2024 – Stunning and realistic commission. Negotiable basic salary with UNCAPPED OTE. £65,000 with bonuses in Year 1. Responsibilities
* Fast paced, incentive and KPI driven
* Lead / coach / mentor a team of driven, motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM
* Handle and monitor the day to day in this high-performance environment
* Coach, Mentor, Pat on the back – HIGH FIVE!
* Manage and develop closing techniques, objection handling and more
Requirements
* You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast paced, outbound call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success
* Be a competent user of data & CRM reports and able to analyse statistics and implement change
* Can set an example, motivate a team, is someone consistent, professional with great communication
* A leader of people
