Reconomy Connect is looking for a dynamic and experienced Waste Operations / Contract Manager to lead waste and recycling services across one of our clients sites. You’ll be the key link between site operations, client stakeholders, and Reconomy’s internal teams - ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing waste management services. What You’ll Be Doing Managing day-to-day waste operations across multiple sites. Building strong relationships with the clients stakeholders. Driving recycling performance and identifying service improvements. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations. Analysing and reporting monthly performance data. Coordinating with Reconomy’s customer service and supply chain teams. Supporting the delivery of added-value services and sustainability goals. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in waste management or environmental services. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
