The Opportunity:
This is an ideal role for a qualified Planner ready to step into a client-facing position or a more experienced Senior Planner seeking a greater level of autonomy and impact. You'll be supported by experienced directors and work closely with clients, local authorities, and design teams on a range of exciting planning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing planning applications, appeals, and representations
* Preparing site appraisals and planning strategy reports
* Advising clients on planning policy and development potential
* Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
* Supporting or leading on business development (Senior Planner level)
What We're Looking For:
* RTPI-accredited degree (MRTPI or working towards it)
* Consultancy or local authority experience in development planning
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A confident, proactive approach to project work
* For Senior Planner: proven track record managing projects and client relationships
