Assess patients' requirements in relation to their goals. Plan, manage, and review functional and psychological restoration for individuals and groups. Review care plans at timely intervals and communicate effectively with the patient's GP, advising on ongoing and flare-up management plans agreed with the patient. Provide safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines. To provide advice and treatments to individual patients within best practice and national guidelines.


Main duties of the job

We at Connect Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for a Senior Pain Clinician, who is passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care and has an interest in Pain Management to join us as part of the Northern Lincolnshire Pain Management team.

The service in Northern Lincolnshire provides a tailored approach to the individual service user. The successful candidate will be required to work a hybrid working pattern, facilitating face-to-face clinics in various sites in the Northern Lincolnshire area, Pain Management Programmes both face-to-face and online, and pain education. They will be joining a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, psychologists, and consultants who are committed and passionate about providing a biopsychosocial model of care to people with persistent pain.

We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of patient care in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with reinvestment to ensure services are sustainable. We are looking for a well-organized Senior Pain Clinician to deliver quality clinical care for patients with chronic pain. You will undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes, and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice, and timely discharge.
