Overview
Ratings Director up to £80,000 pa (base) + Bonus Scheme & Corporate Benefits. TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will expand and add to the successful team.
Responsibilities
* Grow existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
* Lead and review own cases across an array of instructions.
Requirements
* Full driving license.
* The ability to work with autonomy.
* Comfortable with Depreciate Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation.
* Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS
