Business Change Analyst - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 12 months contract - HYBRID - PAYE We are seeking a Business Change Analyst to join JP Morgan on an initial 12 months contract in Bournemouth to support the Commercial & Investment Bank by performing various business administration and change management tasks. For this role, we are seeking individuals with excellent relationship management skills, strong organizational abilities, a collaborative team mindset, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn new skills through provided training. The primary responsibilities include identifying and managing on and off boarding tasks in relation to staff joining and leaving the CIB area. The role is highly data-driven, requiring swift turnaround. Full training will be provided to the right candidate who has a willingness to grasp and manoeuvre around different platforms. An individual that wants to develop their skills and master a new challenge. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (joiners, leavers, and transfers), including access provisioning, hardware and system setup, coordination with managers, HR data analysis, and ongoing ad-hoc support Serve as primary business liaison to coordinate change management projects and ensure seamless service delivery across technology and real estate teams Oversee and audit employee access, transfers, and off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with risk controls and door access protocols Manage strategic real estate projects, coordinate moves, maintain accurate floorplans, and support space planning and occupational health requirements Coordinate BCM and LOB requests, manage purchase orders, and navigate key platforms to support operational and offshore team activities What You Bring Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills, quick to learn new platforms and tools Works independently, takes ownership, follows through, and anticipates business needs Strong attention to detail, flexible with changing priorities and uneven workflows Calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and partners well across teams and LOBs Committed to delivery, streamlines workflows, and improves processes using initiative Working Arrangement This role is based in our Bournemouth site, 4 days a week in office, 1 day remotely, contractual hours 9am – 5pm with flexibility to work outside to complete tasks.
