SIGN MAKER
We are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Sign Maker to join a busy and growing team based in Hull City Centre. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, able to work to their own initiative but is a great team player.

Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 2:30pm
Friday 6:30am-1:30pm

The Sign Maker role is a Temp to Perm position that will commence with immediate effect however, we will work around any notice period you may have with your current employer.
Job Description
As a Sign Maker you will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembling of a wide range of bespoke signs, including vinyl, trays, panels, and built-up lettering. Your duties will include;
Vinyl cutting, weeding, and application
Working with materials such as wood, metal, aluminium, acrylic, Foamex, and composite
Operating workshop machinery and various hand tools safely
Maintaining high standards of finish, accuracy, and cleanliness
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Sign Maker you must;
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in sign making
Have a good knowledge of vinyl application and sign production techniques
Ability to read drawings and work from job specs
A strong eye for detail and quality
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
What's in it for you?
Pay rate - starting on £12.21ph raising up to £13.50ph once fully trained
Overtime paid at Time & ½ for the 1st hour and Double time for anything beyond 1 hour
Paid breaks - 40 hour paid week
End of year performance bonus - an average of £450
