Job Description:
Were looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role involves checking materials, recording results, supporting warehouse and customer teams, and helping maintain accurate stock levels. Some manual handling of fabric rolls will be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect materials and identify faults before dispatch
* Record results accurately and update internal systems
* Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teams
* Support the inbound and outbound checking process
* Manage stock movements, returns, and containment of faulty goods
* Assist with customer queries and quality investigations
* Complete general quality, warehouse, and admin tasks
What Were Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Experience in quality, warehouse, production, or similar work
* Confident using a computer (Excel or similar systems)
* Ability to lift and handle materials safely
* Good communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving
* Good colour recognition is beneficial
* FLT licence is an advantage
* Driving licence desirable
