Contract Personnel is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a well-established clothing company in NR12.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Maintaining purchase ledger, paying all vendors correctly and on time
* Managing imports, ensuring all documentation is correct and up to date
* Keeping the warehouse updated on pending deliveries
* Booking transport for incoming imports
* Domestic purchasing of non-branded stock items
* Processing all landed costs of imported goods
* Maintaining correct cost prices on the system
* Coordinating QC processes, notarising meetings, and following up on actions
* Placing special production orders with factories
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supply chain-related role
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Adaptability and enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Familiarity with supply chain software or ERP systems is desirable but not essential
Schedule: Monday to Friday
