Roles & Responsibilities
* Carry out surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Operate spray booths and related equipment safely and efficiently
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Prepare and finish components to a high standard using spray painting techniques
* Ensure all items are sprayed in line with the required specifications and quality standards
* Work to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
* Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company standards
Requirements
* Competence in using a variety of spray equipment and tools
* Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques
* Good manual handling and basic mechanical skills
* Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings
* Awareness of health and safety procedures within a spray booth environment
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
