ROLE: B2B Sales Executive
LOCATION: Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 3QU
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week)

We're looking for a B2B New Business Sales Executive / Account Manager who will support our rapidly growing training solutions division, helping us continue our strong annual growth through high‑quality sales, customer service, and account management.
Role Responsibilities
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets, providing customers with effective, value‑for‑money solutions.
2. Conduct business development and account management via phone, email, Teams, and Zoom.
3. Make warm calls to new prospects and existing customers to grow your sales pipeline.
4. Generate your own leads, build a strong client base, and convert new opportunities.
5. Manage and develop key accounts to maximise retention and revenue.
6. Provide professional information, advice, and guidance to help clients choose the right training solutions.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
7. Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers across multiple sectors.
9. Strong understanding of honest, value‑driven sales practices.
10. Experience in New Business Sales, Account Management, Telephone Sales, or Customer Support.
11. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident working in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
