The Rams Head Inn is an established and very busy community restaurant pub in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. The owners are seeking new experienced Line chef's or junior chefs who want to learn with a growing kitchen team in a bustling restaurant setting.
The ideal candidate's will have a passion for culinary arts are willing to learn, and excited at food preparation and meal presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Ram's Head is now an established 200+ cover restaurant operating a quality premium restaurant menu. Our customers are loving what we do and this restaurant business is bucking the traditional smaller pub trend and is in successful food growth.

Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Lead Chef's and the owners of the pub.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented according to the restaurant's standards. Work with the team to develop exciting specials fully costed and suiotable for our lovely customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines at all times
- Collaborate and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and handovers.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook or similar role is advantageous but training and supervision will be given to those who want to develop.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and meal preparation techniques
- A family culture and a team player with a positive team spirited attitude is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
