We’re looking for a keen and driven Parts & Retail Manager to lead our established team at our Albourne branch. This is a key leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing team that prides itself on delivering outstanding support to customers and colleagues alike. Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts & Retail Department, including the showroom and goods inward area. You’ll manage the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure clear, accurate communication between customers and the Parts function. As Parts & Retail Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Service departments, while also working closely with key accounts, customers, and trade partners. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop the Parts team • Oversee showroom and goods inward operations • Drive departmental efficiency and profitability • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers • Support major accounts and trade partners • Work towards agreed targets and objectives About You Previous management or supervisory experience (essential) Knowledge of Agricultural, Construction, and Groundcare products and parts (advantageous) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively Calm and composed under pressure Methodical problem-solver with strong attention to detail High level of IT competence Able to work independently and use your own initiative Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters Additional Information: Location: Albourne, West Sussex, BN6 9BN Start Date: Immediate, but subject to candidate notice period Hours: 42.5-hrs per week: 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch). Additional hours as required to include Saturdays and peak times e.g. harvest.
