We are currently supporting an innovative and growing engineering/manufacturing business in the search for a HR Advisor to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees within a fast-paced operational environment. The role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and supporting a positive working culture.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR activities including:
* Employee relations
* Recruitment and onboarding
* Performance management
* HR policies and compliance
* Employee engagement initiatives
* General HR support across the business
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or other fast-moving operational environments.

Requirements:
* Previous experience within a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
