This is an opportunity to join the NNUH Transformation Team at an exciting time as we move into a Group Model alongside our Transformation colleagues at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Kings Lynn) and the James Paget Hospital (Lowestoft).
The NNUH Transformation Team works across the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Trust supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of the transformation programmes. The Team supports project leads in the development of their plans and acts as a hub for knowledge on programme and project management. The Team assists with the delivery of these programmes and projects through tracking of milestones and KPIs, reporting of key risks and escalating issues to a senior level where necessary.
As the Transformation Team Facilitator, you will provide support to agreed projects and assist in maintaining progress reports on all projects undertaken by the Team. This will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the Team, attending project meetings and developing relationships with project members, to ensure smooth running and ultimately, successful project outcomes.
As such you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of these programmes.

Main duties of the job

* Providing the day-to-day administrative support to the Transformation Team
* Attending project meetings, to capture key information for updates and analysis
* To develop relationships with project members, to ensure smooth running and ultimately a successful project
* To attend, and participate in, team meetings and training sessions
In addition to the above, essential responsibilities of the Transformation Team Facilitator will include:
* Providing administrative support to project managers, and resolving day-to-day problems independently
* Act as the point of contact for enquiries from project teams
* Working effectively as part of a team, and autonomously within own project area
* Using their knowledge of administrative procedures and practices to support the Transformation Team, including competent use of a range of IT applications to promote efficiency and high quality of work
* Be experienced in data extraction, report creation and analytical skills to support the Transformation Team to provide an accurate, efficient and proactive service

Job responsibilities

* C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
