We are looking for a person to join our sales and export administration team. The company has been established since 1984, and has continued to grow, in particular over the past 5 years. We specialise in odour control and filtration. We have a well established sales team, and are looking for a person who can join and help the ever growing workload. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience in regards to processing orders and deliveries. This is not a job that involves any direct selling. The candidate we are looking for would ideally have good typing skills, and have a fundamental understanding of how the sales system works with processing orders, stock checking etc. This is a customer facing role, so confidence on the phone and speaking with clients is essential. We do use Excel and sage, so the person would ideally have a knowledge of how to create a spreadsheet and experience with sage would be beneficial, but its not a definite requirement. We can give training on this aspect of the work. We would like someone who has export experience, as the export side of the company is continuing to grow at a rapid rate. If we had applicants with export experience, we would like to talk with them about what they have been doing as this would be a great skill to have already, prior to joining the company. This person would hopefully be willing to get stuck in with all aspects of sales administration and be able to work within a team. Communication is essential for this role.
