About the Role
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable GCSE Maths Tutors to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced educator, a university student with a strong maths background, or a retired teacher looking to share your expertise, we want to hear from you!
You’ll be working with secondary school students to build their confidence, improve their problem-solving skills, and help them reach their academic goals in mathematics. Tutoring can be delivered online or in-person, depending on your availability and student needs.
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum (AQA, Edexcel, OCR)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Patient, enthusiastic, and supportive teaching style
4. Reliable and punctual
5. Teaching/tutoring experience preferred but not essential
Desirable:
6. QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
7. Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
8. Experience working with students with SEN or additional learning needs
