Rate of Pay: £12.40 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for both our residents and staff. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring all areas of the home are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and take pride in making a real difference in the lives of others. Beyond your cleaning duties, you'll have the chance to connect with residents, brighten their days, and contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For:
* Housekeeping experience is beneficial, but not essential. Full training and a detailed induction will be provided.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Ensuring all public areas, reception areas, lounges, corridors, resident rooms, and bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Supporting the delivery of a consistent and high-quality housekeeping service, promoting the safety and comfort of residents.
* Attending staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
* Adhering to Oulton Abbey Care Home's policies, procedures, and infection control standards at all times.
* Helping create a warm and welcoming environment through your attention to detail and willingness to assist residents and colleagues.
