IFA Administrator – Hertford (Full-Time, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm)
My client is a forward-thinking Independent Financial Planning firm with a strong reputation as a supportive and rewarding place to work. They are seeking a meticulous, organised, and proactive IFA Administrator to join their Hertford office and play a key role in supporting clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and colleagues.
* Process new and existing business in line with compliance requirements.
* Prepare documentation and support client review meetings.
* Handle fund switches, plan withdrawals, and obtain valuations.
* Draft professional correspondence and respond to client queries with care and accuracy.
* Maintain records and workflows in line with internal processes.

* Strong IT skills; knowledge of industry systems (e.g. Benchmark, Defaqto, Voyant, Quilter, Transact, Fidelity, Aviva, Aegon, Royal London, Canada Life) is an advantage.
