Duties

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and other CRM software.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and customer engagement strategies.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM software for managing client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
