* Experienced Legal Executive, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in complex residential property work
* Strong experience in new build purchases
* Effective management and supervisory skills
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
* Strong work ethic, good time management, and a flexible approach to work
Responsibilities and role
Manage a steady stream of property matters with efficiency and care, backed by knowledgeable colleagues and a strong reputation for service. Take ownership of caseload in a fast-paced, supportive conveyancing department, delivering smooth property transactions.
