About the role:
As a Camp Beaumont Camp Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3 to 14 during summer and school holiday weekdays.
You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction. Therefore, you must have knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.
Effective communication is essential as you will often interact with parents and work closely with the Area Manager and other departments.
About you:
* Over 18 years old
* Available to work during school holidays
* A UK/EU citizen with two right-to-work IDs
* Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Passionate about working with children
* Initiative and ability to work independently
* High safeguarding awareness
* Paediatric first aid qualification or training provided by us
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS, PGCE) or studying towards a relevant childcare qualification

Join us today and earn between £15.30 to £19 per hour*, depending on qualifications, camp size, and experience. The hourly rate includes holiday pay.
