At South Coast Services, we're on a mission to create the nicest, friendliest, most welcoming garage in Devon – and we need a receptionist who can help us make that happen.
About the Role
As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visit feels smooth, professional, and stress-free. You'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and making them feel welcome.
* Booking MOTs and services.
* Managing the diary and keeping things organised.
* Liaising with the workshop team to keep customers updated.
* Delivering a consistently friendly and professional experience.
What We're Looking For
* A warm, approachable personality with a genuine smile.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
* Previous admin/reception experience is helpful, but not essential – a great attitude is more important.
