Job title: Service Manager (Higher) - Interims Group: Highways and Maintenance This is an interim role to lead the Parking Services function until the end of the financial year 25/26. Purpose: To take responsibility for the development and management of all aspects of parking including management of staff, on and off-street parking, civil parking enforcement and moving traffic enforcement; and to proactively advise and support the Network Manager and Head of Highways and Transport in developing and determining policy and service objectives.
