HGV Class 2 ADR Driver (Low Hazardous) – Birmingham, West Midlands People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Coleshill, West Midlands. Shifts: • Monday to Friday • 06:00 starts Rates of Pay: £17.50 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver are: • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing, consistent work • Weekly pay • Site canteen • Immediate starts available • Training provided • Employee well-being programme • Nights out include fully paid hotel accommodation Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver are: • Conduct up to twelve deliveries per day (nights out may be required) • Operate and drive Category C vehicles safely and efficiently • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptly • Assist with loading and unloading of goods where necessary Essential Skills: The skills required to be a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver are: • Valid UK Category C Driving Licence • Valid ADR qualification (low hazardous) • Minimum of twelve months' experience driving Category C vehicles • Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements (no major endorsements) • Strong communication and time management skills • Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude Desirable Experience: • Previous commercial or multi-drop driving experience Training: • One-day paid induction and assessment prior to start • Ongoing industry-related training and support provided Contact: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
