What We Offer

No classroom experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in care, support roles, youth services, or even in emergency services such as the police or fire service, your skills are highly valued. We are also keen to hear from individuals with extensive personal experience with SEND.
What You’ll Need
* At least 6 months experience working or volunteering with children or SEND (3 months must be UK based for overseas candidates)
* A DBS certificate (or willingness to apply – we can guide you through it)
* A proactive, positive attitude, as well as great communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in supporting children and young people
