What You'll Be Doing
As our Production Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every activity is planned with precision and executed safely. You'll collaborate across departments-Planning, Operations, Engineering, Technical, OPEX, R&D-to deliver seamless production schedules that meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage production schedules that ensure safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing.
2. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to address risks, resolve issues, and implement changes.
3. Optimise product sequences, allergen management, maintenance windows, training events, and trials to enhance performance.
4. Partner with Operations to plan labour requirements aligned with production goals.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customer supply chain contacts.
