A high-performing Senior Sales Consultant is required to join this award-winning Managed Print, Telecoms, and IT Solutions provider. This role combines Print Account Management with Telecoms Sales, giving you access to a strong existing client base alongside the opportunity to build and grow new business across the Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire region.
This is a full 360° sales role managing the entire lifecycle of customer opportunities, from lead generation and consultative solution development through to onboarding and ongoing account growth.
The role offers exceptional earning potential with an OTE of £80,000–£100,000+, plus company car (or £500 allowance), laptop, and mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business and manage a designated territory to drive revenue growth
* Upsell telecoms and mobile solutions into an existing customer base
* Manage and retain client accounts, ensuring profitability and strong service delivery
* Deliver first‑level consultancy, calling in technical resource when needed
* Scope, present, and propose bespoke print and telephony solutions
* Identify the required hardware, software, and hosted telephony products to meet client requirements
* Communicate the benefits of Print Management solutions and VoIP systems confidently and clearly
Required Experience
* Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within Telecoms and/or Managed Print
* Track record selling into SMEs and mid‑market clients
* Ability to qualify, progress, and close opportunities effectively
* Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
* Proactive, driven, and motivated by securing new business
* Full clean driving licence
