Compliance/Quality Systems Manager (Aerospace / AS9100)
Location: Exeter
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Early Finish Fridays + Overtime + Company Benefits
Are you a Compliance & Quality Systems Manager with experience in compliance systems, auditing, and manufacturing standards such as NADCAP and AS9100? In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's quality management systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements. Your duties include managing internal and external audits, overseeing KPIs, compliance training, and liaising with senior teams, external bodies, and suppliers. Occasional travel to customer and supplier sites may be required.
The Role:
* Manage the QMS ensuring compliance with NADCAP and AS9100
* Lead internal/external audits and track quality KPIs
* Oversee compliance training, specification reviews, calibrations, and testing
The Person:
* Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing or aerospace
* Familiar with NADCAP, AS9100, and auditing tools (8D, 5-Why)
* Strong communicator, located near Exeter
