Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our service. Sutton adult mental health services are comprised of two multidisciplinary mental health teams within an Integrated Recovery Hub closely linked to Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises in the borough. You will also work with other MDT members including Psychologists, Psychiatrists, CPNs, Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners, Recovery & Support Workers and Specialist Employment Advisors in addition to service user stakeholders to understand any potential barriers to accessing the psychological therapies waiting list.
Supervision and Case Management
Supervision of psychologically informed interventions will be from a qualified clinical or counselling psychologist. You will receive case management supervision from another qualified mental health professional in the team.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside service users, families, carers and multi-disciplinary team members to co-ordinate care, supporting collaborative decision-making about care and treatment.
* Deliver a set of wellbeing-focused psychologically-informed interventions, aligned to cognitive-behavioural principles, based on the best evidence available, that address problems often experienced by people with severe mental health problems.
