Business Development Executive

Salary: £35,-£45, + uncapped commission + plus yearly company bonus

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and people-focused individual to accelerate their career in business development. The role offers uncapped commission, professional growth, and the chance to work in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of business development and sales activities.
2. Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
4. Identify and research new business opportunities, particularly in the commercial property and surveying sectors.
5. Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and report on activity.
6. Attend client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the company profile.
Ideally you will have:
7. 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
8. Confident communicator who enjoys building trust and meeting new people.
9. Proactive, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets.
10. Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
11. Interest in the property and construction sectors.
12. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot (or quick to learn).
