About the Role
Based at St Austell, we are looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly from updating spreadsheets, managing booking forms, and raising purchase orders, to coordinating marketing materials, scheduling social media posts, and supporting newsletters.

Salary: £25,048.08 FTE (CC_31)
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Support Contract

Responsibilities
* Update spreadsheets and manage booking forms
* Raise purchase orders and coordinate marketing materials
* Schedule social media posts and support newsletters
* Support events and marketing tasks; handle admin tasks with attention to detail
* Assist with hands-on event setup, including moving tables and chairs, arranging displays
* Provide energy, flexibility and a team-first attitude
Skills & Experience
* Level 3 qualification in either Events/Marketing/Customer Service/Business Admin
* Confident using Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint and Excel)
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Good time management, able to juggle multiple deadlines
* Previous experience in an administrative support role, events or marketing
