Who Will Thrive In This Role? You could be an experienced Treatment Coordinator or a highly accomplished Dental Nurse ready to take the next step in your career. The ideal candidate will be: Experienced within private dentistry Knowledgeable in implants, restorative and cosmetic treatments Confident discussing complex treatment plans and patient finance options Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs Exceptional at building trust and rapport with patients Professional, resilient and highly organised Comfortable working alongside high-performing clinicians who have exceptionally high standards Able to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to completion Your Impact As Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the practice.
