We are growing FAST – Be a part of our journey So, what’s the role? We’re keen to continue the transformation of our business to a Recurring Revenue model and – due to a period of sustained growth and success – we are looking to add a further Account Manager into our busy team. This role will be to predominantly work with known customers, building strong working relationships and ensuring their continued commitment with FEPS. Some of the main responsibilities of our Account Manager will be: Being the immediate point of contact for any questions, queries or concerns that our customers have; building trust with FEPS. Engaging with our customers, understanding their needs and challenges within EdTech and delivering a range of products and services that will meet their wants. It’s also really important for us that each and every customer has a complete understanding of what they have bought, and the many features and benefits available to them. Understanding the ever changing Education marketplace, and who we need to engage with. Attend roadshows and promotional events on occasion. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, and wider business, to share knowledge and drive future business growth. A full job description is attached with this advert.
